Josh Todd joined the Spine Hospital of Louisiana in 2024 and serves as the senior vice president of operations, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across the organization. A certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) with an MBA, he brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, clinical leadership and organizational management, along with a passion for improving both the patient and employee experience.

With a clinician’s heart, Josh is committed to supporting the teams who care for patients while fostering operational excellence. He is passionate about developing people, encouraging growth and creating an environment where employees can thrive while delivering exceptional patient care.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys. He also enjoys traveling, attending LSU sporting events, hunting and hiking.
