Ginger Johns joined the Spine Hospital of Louisiana in 2024 and serves as the revenue cycle director, overseeing patient access, insurance verification, billing, coding, accounts receivable and reimbursement. With more than 25 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, she brings extensive expertise in revenue integrity, compliance, operational improvement and team development.

Driven by integrity and continuous improvement, Ginger is committed to fostering collaboration and building efficient processes that support both exceptional patient care and the organization’s long-term success. She takes pride in mentoring her team and creating solutions that strengthen operations while enhancing the patient experience.

Outside of work, Ginger enjoys spending time outdoors, working in the yard and spending time with family and friends.
