Wes Howard joined the Spine Hospital of Louisiana in 2017 and serves as the inpatient clinical services director, overseeing the inpatient/medical-surgical unit, nursing staff, respiratory therapy and dietary services. With more than 12 years of experience as a surgical nurse manager, he brings strong clinical leadership and a commitment to excellence.

Guided by his faith and a passion for supporting his team, Wes fosters a culture of high expectations and exceptional patient care. Under his leadership, the inpatient team has maintained patient satisfaction scores in the top 5% nationally for more than 10 consecutive years.

Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and camping.
