Lindsey Troy joined the Spine Hospital of Louisiana in 2019 and serves as the laboratory director. In this role, she provides leadership and oversight for the clinical laboratory while ensuring excellence in quality management, regulatory compliance and operational performance. With 21 years of experience in medical laboratory science, she is committed to delivering accurate, reliable and timely laboratory services that support exceptional patient care.

With a commitment to quality and patient safety, Lindsey takes pride in ensuring physicians have the information they need to make confident clinical decisions. She enjoys collaborating with teams across the hospital to strengthen communication, solve problems and provide the highest standard of care.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two dogs and two pigs.
