Kristie Miller joined the Spine Hospital of Louisiana in 2023 and serves as the compliance and privacy officer and director of health information management. She leads the hospital’s compliance program, oversees health information management operations and helps ensure the highest standards of privacy, documentation and regulatory compliance. With extensive experience in healthcare compliance and risk management, she brings a collaborative approach focused on continuous improvement and patient-centered care.

With a belief in integrity, compassion and the Golden Rule, Kristie is passionate about mentoring others, strengthening processes and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. She takes pride in supporting patients, staff and the organization through education, collaboration and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family, creating 3D artwork, writing, designing fashion and jewelry, and fishing whenever she gets the chance.
