Kimberly Netterville Jones joined the Spine Hospital of Louisiana in 2011 and serves as the director of human resources, overseeing employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration and compliance. With more than 31 years of human resources and payroll experience, she brings extensive expertise in healthcare HR operations and organizational leadership.

Guided by integrity, fairness and compassion, Kimberly is committed to supporting employees and leadership while fostering a positive workplace culture built on trust and respect. She takes pride in helping others navigate challenges and creating an environment where team members feel valued and supported.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies. She is also an avid LSU fan and enjoys fishing at her camp in Grand Isle.
