Eddie Pitre joined the Spine Hospital of Louisiana in 2024 and serves as the perioperative director, providing leadership for the pre-op, operating room, PACU and sterile processing departments. With more than 10 years of perioperative nursing, operating room management and quality performance experience, he brings a well-rounded approach to patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Guided by a “team before me” mindset, Eddie is committed to supporting his staff through transparency, advocacy and collaboration. Passionate about perioperative care, he takes pride in leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Whether it’s date nights, playing catch in the backyard or fishing and hunting together, family is at the center of everything he does.
