Preparing for Post-Operative
Transportation arrangements are required at the time of discharge. Patients are not permitted to drive themselves home. A responsible adult must be present to receive discharge instructions and accompany you home, even if a transportation service is used.
Please ensure you have a post-operative support plan in place prior to surgery. The goal is for every patient to safely return home upon discharge from the hospital.
