The Spine Hospital of Louisiana is proud to announce that our CT imaging system has, once again, successfully passed American College of Radiology (ACR®) accreditation, a distinction recognized nationwide as the gold standard in medical imaging quality and safety.
What ACR Accreditation Means

ACR accreditation is a rigorous, peer-reviewed process that evaluates imaging equipment, safety protocols and clinical expertise. While not required, we voluntarily renew this accreditation every three years as part of our ongoing commitment to quality, accountability and patient-centered care.
For patients, continued ACR accreditation means confidence in image quality, appropriate radiation dose levels and assurance that scans are performed and interpreted by qualified professionals following nationally recognized best practices.
Why This is Important
High-quality CT imaging is essential to accurate diagnosis, treatment planning and surgical decision-making in spine care. By consistently meeting ACR standards, our imaging services support precise evaluations while prioritizing patient safety at every step of the process.
Maintaining ACR accreditation reflects our dedication to doing more than what’s expected. It’s one of the many ways we reinforce our promise to provide advanced, reliable care and to continuously evaluate and improve the systems that support our patients’ outcomes.
For us, excellence isn’t a one-time achievement. It’s an ongoing responsibility.
