The Spine Hospital of Louisiana Announces Q2 & Q3 Employees of the Quarter

Toni Awill has been named The Spine Hospital of Louisiana’s Employee of the Quarter for Q2 2021. Toni has been a part of the SHOLA since 2017. She is known to have a sweet personality and to be a very kind and caring person and thus is one of the reasons why our patient satisfaction survey scores are consistently so high.
Toni is such a great representation of SHOLA inside and outside of our four walls.

Lakeisha Bethley has been named The Spine Hospital of Louisiana’s Employee of the Quarter for 2021 Q3. Lakeisha has been a part of the SHOLA family for eight years. She has held numerous titles including inpatient CNA, Pain CNA, and MR File Clerk. Lakeisha’s current role as MR Assembly & Analysis Coordinator, is vital to our facility’s operations. She ensures that each chart from every department has to cross her desk to be analyzed. Lakeisha’s attention to detail, problem solving skills, and great attitude consistently meet the mark.
Lakeisha has a great rapport with all departments and works well with our physicians and ancillary staff.
