Arnold “AJ” Gaines, an exceptional leader on our Patient Registration team, has made an impact at The Spine Hospital since joining in August 2010. AJ is one of the very first people many of our patients encounter when they check into our hospital for a procedure or surgery, and his cool, calm, and professional demeanor always puts our patients and their family members at ease. AJ’s military experience is an asset to his department and our hospital as a whole. His coworkers admire his high level of integrity, tremendous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to go above and beyond for his patients and coworkers.
